Rehab that fits your running
This is not a 5-minute back-crack clinic. This is not a 15-minute rub-your-muscle physio clinic. Our sole mission is to solve your injuries.
- Your rehab fits your running plan
- I'll build your gym and rehab program around your current training, the running you can handle, and the goals you're working toward.
- Your coach can stay in the loop
- I can work directly with your running coach so your rehab and training plan support each other.
- You know what to do next
- You leave with a clear plan for your exercises, gym work, and running.
- The treatment fits your injury
- We choose care based on research and what you need. That may mean hands-on treatment, strength work, or both. We aren't tied to one method.
Before you book
What happens during the first visit?
I'll ask what changed and what you've tried, examine the movements that matter for your case, and explain what I find. Treatment starts when it's safe and appropriate. If you need imaging, a referral, or a different kind of care first, I'll explain why. You'll leave with practical next steps.
Why is the first visit $0?
I'm introducing Endura to people in the neighbourhood. The first visit lets you experience how I work. It's normally $200; the launch promotion ends as my schedule fills. The first visit is $0 whether or not you continue.
I've already tried physio or chiro. Why would this be different?
Most people I see have already had a round of care that settled the pain but didn't get them ready for what they do every week. I start by asking what you've tried, what helped, and what didn't, so we don't repeat it. Then we build the strength and tolerance that were missing, and test them before you go back to full load.
What if it doesn't work?
If we both agree that a 30-day plan suits your case, we'll pick one thing to measure at your first visit. You do the plan. If that measure hasn't improved when we test it again, your next 25-minute visit is free, and I'll use it to take another look, change the plan, or send you to someone better suited.
Do you direct bill insurance?
You pay Endura directly. I provide detailed receipts for completed care to submit to your insurer. Coverage depends on your policy; check your chiropractic benefits before booking.
Will you tell me to stop running?
I'll explain what your injury can handle right now. The aim is to keep useful training in your week while we change the things that are holding recovery back.
Can you work with my running coach?
Yes. I can coordinate directly with your coach so the rehab plan and running plan work together.
I tried physio and it came back. Why would this be different?
Most runners I see have already had care that settled the pain but didn't get them ready for their mileage. I start with what you've tried, then build the strength and tolerance that were missing and test them against your running before you push again.
What should I bring?
Bring your current running plan if you have one, along with any questions about the training you want to keep doing.
