Why it keeps coming back
You don't have an injury problem. You have a capacity problem.
Pain, rest, back to training, pain again. If that loop sounds familiar, the gap is between what your training asks of your body and what it can currently handle.
Rest takes the load away, so the pain settles. But the tissue doesn't get any stronger, and it loses some of what it had. Go back to the same week of training and the same weak link gives out again.
The way out is to build that capacity back up, progressively and under supervision, while you keep as much of your training as the injury allows.
Capacity can be built. That's the work.
“I originally went to a physio and was told I had simple plantar fasciitis, but after months of treatment I wasn't seeing any real progress. Devon correctly identified I was actually dealing with a navicular sprain and peroneal tendonitis. Within 3 weeks I was able to return to long distance running with much better stability and no pain.”
The Endura Method
Assess. Treat. Rebuild. Return.
Assess
Your full history, physical testing, and how you move. We find what hurts and why it keeps happening.
Treat
Hands-on treatment and the first exercises start at your first visit, when it's safe to begin.
Rebuild
Progressive loading built by a strength coach. Your rehab keeps getting harder until your body can handle real training.
Return
We test you against what your sport actually demands before you push again.

Most treatment starts with what hurts. I start with how you train.
Keep training
You won't be told to just rest.
Losing your training means losing fitness, races, and the hour a day that keeps you sane. So from the first visit, I'll tell you what you can keep doing and build your rehab around your week, so the two work together instead of pulling against each other.
Got a coach? I'll talk to them directly. The athletes who get better fastest are the ones where the coach and I are working off the same page, so I'll reach out and keep them in the loop on what you can handle and when.
Coach yourself? Same thing. You'll leave every visit knowing what to run, what to lift, and what to hold off on this week.
The Endura progress guarantee
On an agreed 30-day plan, see measurable progress or your next visit is on us.
If we both agree that a 30-day plan suits your case, we'll pick one thing to measure at your first visit. You do the plan. If that measure hasn't improved when we test it again, your next 25-minute visit is free, and I'll use it to take another look, change the plan, or send you to someone better suited.

What athletes say
Back to training, without the same pain.
“Dr. Devon was spot on with pinpointing exactly what was causing my hip imbalance and gait issues. He is very comprehensive and thorough, and with the right combination of treatment and rehab exercises I've returned to exercise without any pain or discomfort.”
“Dr. Devon didn't just treat the pain — he helped me understand what caused it, how to prevent it, and how to manage it long-term. My neck and shoulder pain have significantly improved.”

Dr. Devon Savarimuthu, DC, CSCS
I was a strength coach before I became a chiropractor.
I spent more than ten years coaching strength and performance. I watched the same thing happen over and over: an athlete gets hurt, gets patched up, goes back to training, and gets hurt again. Nobody was building the capacity back.
I became a chiropractor to close that gap. I run, cycle, lift, and train jiu-jitsu and judo, so I know what it costs you to be told to stop.

What to expect at Endura
What happens at the first visit?
I spend 50 minutes working out what's wrong and how it behaves when you load it up. If it's safe to start treating it that day, we start. You leave knowing what to do next.
Will I have to stop training?
Usually not. A big part of the first visit is sorting out what you can keep doing from what needs to change for a while. I try to protect as much of your training as I can.
How does the 30-day guarantee work?
If we both agree that a 30-day plan suits your case, we'll pick one thing to measure at your first visit. You do the plan. If that measure hasn't improved when we test it again, your next 25-minute visit is free, and I'll use it to take another look, change the plan, or send you to someone better suited.
What does the first visit cost?
Nothing at the moment. It's normally $200 for 50 minutes, and it goes back to that once my schedule fills up. There's more detail on the pricing page.
What does follow-up care cost?
Individual visits are $130 for 25 minutes or $250 for 50 minutes. Optional monthly memberships start at $125. The pricing page lists every option. I'll recommend the care that fits your assessment before you decide.
Do I need a membership?
No. You can pay per appointment. When clinically appropriate, I recommend a three-month care plan with monthly progress reviews. That is a clinical recommendation, not a minimum payment term. Memberships are optional and you can discontinue the financial arrangement at any time.
Do you direct bill insurance?
No. You pay me directly and I'll give you a detailed receipt to send to your insurance company yourself.
I've already tried physio or chiro. Why would this be different?
Most athletes I see have already had a round of care that got them out of pain but didn't rebuild the capacity to handle their training. I start by asking what you've tried, what worked, and what didn't, so we don't repeat it.
Is this just adjustments?
No. Hands-on treatment can be part of it, but the work is a structured plan to rebuild your body's capacity for the training you do. Every visit is one-on-one with me, with no assistants.
Do I need to be an endurance athlete?
Endura is built for runners, cyclists, triathletes, HYROX athletes, swimmers, and people who train regularly. If you're active and want to stay that way, you're welcome here too.
