Your first visit

Find out what's wrong, and start doing something about it.

You get 50 minutes, one-on-one with me. It's longer than most assessments you've had, and it needs to be. I'll work out why this keeps happening, start treating it if it's safe to, and help you decide what training you can keep doing.

Free during launch. Normally $200.

Follow-up care: $130 for 25 minutes or $250 for 50 minutes.

Optional monthly memberships from $125.

What happens

Longer than the assessments you've had before.

  • Tell me the whole story

What changed, what you've already tried and how it went, what you're training for, and what this is stopping you doing.

  • Test it properly

I check how you move and how strong you are, and pick the tests that suit your case.

  • Get a straight answer

I tell you what I think is causing it, why it keeps coming back, and what I still need to rule out.

  • Start treatment

We start treating it at that first visit, if it's safe to start.

  • Leave with a plan

You know what to do at home, what training you can keep doing, and what I'd suggest next. No exercise sheet handed to you on the way out.

Common questions

Before you book

What happens at the first visit?

I take your history, test the injury, tell you what I think is going on, and start treating it if it's safe to start that day. You leave knowing the next step.

Is treatment included?

Yes, as long as it's safe to start that day. If you need a scan first, or someone else is a better fit, I'll say so plainly.

Will I get a treatment plan?

Yes. I'll talk you through what I recommend once I've examined you, with milestones so you know what progress looks like. Ask me anything, and you'll see the cost before you book anything else.

Will I see an assistant?

No. Every visit is one-on-one with me, from the first question to the last exercise.

Will you tell me to stop training?

Usually not. Part of the first visit is sorting out what you can keep doing, what to change for now, and how we'll build you back to the rest.

What does follow-up care cost?

Individual visits are $130 for 25 minutes or $250 for 50 minutes. Optional monthly memberships start at $125. The pricing page lists every option. I'll recommend the care that fits your assessment before you decide.

Do I need a membership?

No. You can pay per appointment. When clinically appropriate, I recommend a three-month care plan with monthly progress reviews. That is a clinical recommendation, not a minimum payment term. Memberships are optional and you can discontinue the financial arrangement at any time.

Do you direct bill insurance?

No. You pay Endura and receive a detailed receipt to submit to your insurer yourself.
