The gap most rehab misses
Easy runs feel fine, so you go back to the hills, the long ride, or the pace you care about. Then it hurts again, because the injured area never got strong enough for that kind of work.
Somebody cleared you, but cleared you for what? Sitting at a desk, maybe. Not the load you were about to put on your body. Nobody tested whether the tissue could handle your sport.
That's the gap I close. Treatment calms things down. Then the rehab gets harder until your body can handle what you came back for, and we test it before you push.
What the work covers
What hurts, why it keeps happening, and the strength gap or training pattern that keeps hammering the same area.
Hands-on treatment and the first loading work, starting at your first visit when it is safe.
Progressive loading designed by a strength coach. Well past bands and easy drills.
Sport-specific testing, then a clear road back to the pace, distance, volume, or race you care about.
Harder rehab for hard training
A runner has to take impact. A cyclist has to hold position when they're tired. A swimmer needs shoulders that hold up over a lot of laps. That's what we build toward.
Care that follows the injury
A new injury usually needs closer attention at the start. As the pain settles and you take on more of the rehab yourself, your visits spread out.
If something flares up later, we change the plan again. How often you come in follows the problem, not a set schedule.

Common questions
Mostly runners, cyclists, triathletes, HYROX athletes, swimmers, and people who mix endurance work with lifting. You don't have to race. I do assume that training matters to you.
Usually not. I'll sort out what you can keep doing from what's holding you back. I want to protect as much of your training as the injury allows.
I give you a plan based on the injury, how much you train, and how fast you need it sorted, with milestones so you know when you're ready to push again. You hear the whole thing before you book anything else.
Most athletes I see already had care that got them out of pain but didn't get them ready for their training. I start with what you've tried, so we don't repeat it. Then we build the capacity that was missing and test it against your sport before you go back to full load.
No. You pay me directly and I'll give you a detailed receipt to send to your insurance company yourself.
